Why book early

Our route is set before the first storm.

Caledon driveways are long, the concessions get hit hard, and a snow contractor can only serve the properties on their route. We close the book in the autumn so everyone on it is cleared on time rather than eventually.

  • Trigger based. We are out at the agreed depth, not when someone gets around to calling.
  • Overnight clearing. Residential routes run through the night so you can leave in the morning.
  • Gravel aware. Shoes and settings adjusted for gravel lanes, spring repair of plough scarring included.
  • Staked in autumn. Markers set so beds, culverts and edging survive the winter.
Service levels

Three ways to be covered.

01

Seasonal Contract

One agreed price for the whole winter with unlimited visits at the trigger depth. Budget certainty regardless of the season, and priority on the route. What most Caledon properties take.

02

Per Visit

Billed each time we clear. Suited to shorter driveways, properties empty part of the winter, or clients who handle most snowfalls themselves and want backup for the heavy ones.

03

Commercial

Lots, entrances, loading areas and walkways on a monitored schedule, with sanding and salting and a documented service log for your records and your insurer.

04

Sanding & Salting

Available at any service level, including standalone call outs during freezing rain. Applied at the rate the surface needs rather than by the bag.

The season

How the winter runs.

01

Autumn booking

Contract agreed and the property added to the route before the season starts.

02

Site staked

Markers set along the drive and around beds, culverts and edging before the ground freezes.

03

Storm response

Forecast monitored, route run at the trigger depth, overnight wherever possible.

04

Spring tidy

Markers pulled, gravel raked back and plough damage put right at the end of the season.
